Celosia Argentea, commonly known feathered amaranth, wool flower is a herbaceous plant of tropical origin, and is known for its very bright colors.
Cockscomb is an annual herb and is very common as a garden plant. Flower colors include red, yellow, orange, gold, and pink. The celosias are erect, branching plants with oval or lance-shaped, brightly colored flower heads which usually stand above the foliage. These are popular for its showy and cut flowers.
