How many plants/products can I order?

There is no upper limit on ordering plants and accessories, but minimum of 4 plants should be purchased in an order through website.  

Can plants be ordered in large quantities?

Yes we provide for bulk ordering(100 plus plants). Please contact for trade inquiries.
Tracking Shipments?

You will be sent a Docket number once your items have been shipped. You will be also provided with a link to the logistic website where you can track the position of the parcel.

Availability of Garden accessories , seeds, tools and etc related to plants and greenery?

How are the plants packed? 

We use strong corrugated boxes to prevent any damage to the plant and the pot during transit.We tie the plants to boxes so that they don't move during transit

How do you ship?

We work with established courier partners like BLUEDART, DTDC, ICL EXPRESS etc.

Is shipping free?

We charge a nominal amount of Rs59/- per plant.

Guarantee of plant?

We have experienced horticulturist who ensure that the plant you ordered is shipped.

Does EXOTIC FLORA deliver products outside India?

EXOTIC FLORA doesn’t deliver plants/products outside India .You can place an order on our website from anywhere in the world, however please ensure that delivery address is with in India and our service points.We also international DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS

Modification/Change of order

 You may alter the order within 24 hours by mailing us with your order id and plant that need to be replaced and ensure that you get a mail confirmation from our end. For such request please get in touch with our customer care.

I received a damaged product/plant

This happens very rarely.In transport due to lack of sunlight and water the plant get dull or leaf drop may happen.So please follow the plant care instructions and observe the plant for 15-20 days so that it regains its strength and gets back to healthy condition.
