Not happy at all

I had reported of getting a plant with lots of dry leaves and a totally dry branch. I had shared the pictures and videos (I have again attached the photo of the condition of the plant right after unboxing) and I was asked to do some plant care with the tips being provided. The plant has still not revived well and being a plant lover I want the plant to survive for which I would do my best. However, I do not appreciate paying Rs.900+ for a dry plant. I keep on purchasing plants from various platforms and I do not mind paying more however I would not purchase any plants from this platform any further. This was my first and the last one from here.
